Shipping policy
Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48)
- FREE for orders over £20
- £3.99 for all orders up to £19.99
- Delivery is within 2-4 working days
- Delivery is available Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed after 3pm on Fridays and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday, excluding Public Holidays.
Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24)
- £5.99 for all orders
- Delivery is within 1-2 working days.
- Delivery is available Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 3pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the next day.
Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is complete and correct, including the correct house or flat number and postcode.
If an order is returned to us by Royal Mail because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, we can resend the order once it has been returned to us and the correct delivery address has been confirmed.
A £3.99 redelivery charge will apply to cover the cost of sending the order again. This charge also applies to orders that originally qualified for free delivery.
