Refund policy

Before making a return, please contact our customer service team here to initiate the return process. Please allow up to 2 working days for a response from our team.

Unwanted Items:

If you wish to return an unwanted item, please do so within 30 days of receipt. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return. It should be in a re-sellable condition.

Required Documentation:

All returns must be accompanied by your dispatch confirmation email, which should include your order reference (CS) number.

Return Shipping Costs:

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the safe return of your items. Additionally, please package the items securely for transit.

Condition of Returned Items:

It's important that the returned item is in compliance with our stated requirements mentioned above. If an item is damaged or returned in a condition other than what is specified, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Refunds for Unwanted Items:

Once we receive the unwanted item in our warehouse and confirm that it meets our return policy conditions, we will proceed to offer a refund for the items themselves. Please note that this refund will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase and will cover the cost of the items only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items:

  • We take great care to ensure that your purchases reach you in perfect condition. If you receive a delivery and the item is damaged, please refuse the delivery.

  • In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, you may return it to us in accordance with your statutory rights.

Forms of Redress:

The acceptable forms of redress for any return, include, replacement, refund, or a Gift card.

  • If an item is found to be faulty and a refund cannot be provided, we will offer a gift card equal to the item's value or a replacement of the same item (subject to stock availability).

  • All items will undergo inspection, and if confirmed as faulty, we will issue an appropriate form of redress (replacement/repair/refund).

  • If an item is not deemed faulty following inspection, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund. A reason will be provided for disputing the product's condition. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

  • Items in dispute will be retained by us for 30 days from the date of notification to the customer that no fault has been found. After this time, if we haven't received the cost of re-shipping, the items may be destroyed.

Pre-return Check:

Before returning an item as faulty, please ensure you have checked the batteries. Note that all our toys work best with alkaline batteries.
